Auric Gold Corp.(RES), Makena Resources Inc (CAJ), MX Gold Corp (MXL), WestKam Gold Corp. (WKG),
Cameo Industries (CRU) and Cresval Capital Corp (CRV).

Jeff Barber, CFA
Mr. Barber brings over two decades of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate finance. He has served as an Independent Director of Standard Lithium Ltd. (NYSE: SLI) since 2017, guiding the company through its transition from an early-stage TSXV explorer to a leading near-commercial lithium developer. Mr. Barber co-founded and served as CFO of a specialty consumer products company from its founding through to a successful sale at a $630 million valuation. He previously co-founded an M&A advisory firm and held investment banking and equity research roles at Raymond James and Canaccord Genuity, beginning his career as an Economist at Deloitte.
